Guess who got to workout (kinda) with HerQUEles tonight! This chick right here! I miss being in the gym with my babe. Anywho.... Tonights workout was a good one. Bench Press - 3x10 with 65lbs Incline Bench Press - 3x10 with 60lbs DB Shoulder Press - 3x10 with 20lbs (in each hand) Deltoid Machine - 3x10 with 72lbs Tricep Ext - 3x10 with 30lbs Tricep Kickbacks - 3x10 with 10lbs A good amount of Ab exercises Cardio - 20 minutes of intervals on treadmill - Run for 1 min on speed of 8, walk for 1 minute at 3.5. Im gonna sleep good tonight!
