Guess who is breaking out of the hospital today :-) Rudy will be on his way back home with his foster by dinnertime yayyyy! He is doing GREAT! His doctor had ordered the plasma to treat him with, but overnight, his protein level finally rose dramatically, so no plasma transfusion will be needed! We will have photos of him a bit later today. Rudy spent 1-1/2 weeks in ICU + the remaining bill for two of his siblings who sadly succumbed to parvo. The final total is $1764.10. We will post the bill later (waiting for the vet to fax it over.) Please, we really need some help with this in the way of donations. The shelters are full, we are being inundated with requests to help, and we cant save as many as we would like to right now, until we have some additional funds in our bank account to be able to care for new rescues.
