Guest Chef Tomisaki-san, from Hyatt Regency Osaka, and Guest Chef Osada-san, from The Roppongi Hills Club, a prestige private dining club in Tokyo managed by Hyatt, will be highlighting Japanese specialty styles featuring izikaya and toban grill cuisine as well as signature Japanese Specialities including wagyu, sushi and sashimi @ Dining Room, Grand Hyatt Erawan. Japanese Food Promotion will be available in the buffet dinner daily from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. start from 7 – 23 June 2013
