Guest Review - Date Mon 19 Aug 2013 10:02:02 As rated above, I was very comfortable in the hotel. I had booked your online special $148/ night incl. breakfast and parking (however i had no car). When i checked in I confirmed that I could have the breakfast as room service. I was dissapointed however on check out that despite confirming it on arrival, i was charged for the room service fee. I know it is a small amount ($7 in total) however since I didnt use the parking, and I had checked on arrival and was not advised of any additional fee, I was dissapointed. Robyn ,Sydney,Australia
