Guests sometimes ask Deanne and I, do you know how good your chef is? Of course, we know. We ask all our guests to comment upon any and all aspects of their stay or dinner and we monitor regularly all submitted evaluations and public guests reviews as well as FaceBook posts. And occasionally we also eat at The Vine, like tonight and two nights ago. We dont do it real often for the same reason many of you do not go fine dining every night. The expense would be a little prohibitive and it would cease to be a special thing to do. But the times that we do at The Vine are consistently a very pleasurable experience and I am one who doesnt normally relish the choices on any fine dining menu and even less the food that is actually presented. But that is certainly not the case with Chef Nathan. Everything is consistently very delicious even when prepared with foods and ingredients that I normally would not like. We invite any of you within reach of our Face Book posts, fans and friends, to experience the dining at The Vine first hand. If you are not totally satisfied, come and speak to either of us, and we will adjust your bill or give you a return voucher to try it again. We guarantee your satisfaction.
