Guide Dog Incident - City Centre Following an incident that occurred in the City Centre on Tuesday 17th December at approximately 13:30 hours witnesses are being sought. This incident occurred on Bridge Street directly outside the HSBC Bank. A black labrador puppy undergoing Guide Dog training and its trainers were involved in an altercation with another dog and its owner. Fortunately neither the dogs or their owners were injured. This incident resulted in the arrest of the one of the dog owners for the offence of Failing to keep a dog under proper control, and subsequently being released on conditional bail.
