Gun Control? Answer: 1776/1861, if necessary. The never ending - TopicsExpress

Gun Control? Answer: 1776/1861, if necessary. The never ending national debate on gun control is to the benefit of whoever controls the guns. The right to bear arms should have ended the debate on federal gun control issues, yet it hasn’t. Why? The answer to that question is always a part of the debate that is overlooked nearly 100% of the time. The answer is because the government is no longer a republic of republics but an empire of consolidated republics that may not secede peacefully. For the federal government to allow secession would mean that it is not the final arbitrator of law among the individual state governments; that it is not as important as it wants us to believe it is. It sounds silly and is often perceived as the repeating of a broken record but, if the people of any state through the workings of their respective state governments may not be allowed the peaceful right to secede from and reject authority from the federal government then the people and their respective governments are not free. That is the answer to the question and it should be obvious that the solution is to regain and reassert our natural right to secede. It sounds treasonous only to the minds which are comfortable with the status quo. Such a solution does not mean the end of law or rules. It simply means that people will be asserting their natural rights to seek leadership for themselves under the premise that they may not seek such authority for others without complete voluntary consent. -HvsP ~~~ #History #Politics #CriticalThinking #liberty #secession #guncontrol #righttobeararms #nonaggression
