Gun Facts: 1. Gun ownership is the 2nd amendment [not the 16th] for a reason - it is important for people to have a means to defend themselves from the possibility of a tyrannical government. 2. California has some of the strictest guns laws in the country. So what regulations can be proposed that already arent in place? 3. There are 300 million privately-held guns in the USA and another 10 million in Canada. Its not possible to confiscate these guns. 4. Massive airline regulations didnt prevent the shoe bomber, a literal police/surveillance state at the Boston Marathon didnt stop the Boston bomber. 5. White Americans, White Australians, and White Canadians all have the same gun violence rates. White Americans are more likely to commit suicide using a firearm, but I would say that is preferable to a Tylenol overdose. Rather than speaking about American gun violence, break down the statistics by race and you will get a much clearer perspective. 6. Young Black men are 3.5% of the American population and commit 51% of all homicides. Put another way: young Black men commit more homicides than the remaining 97% of the American population. Let that one sink in. 7. I know its difficult for my self-hating White friends to deal with the cognitive dissonance of #5 and #6, but they are facts. As Canadas demographics change at a pace of 10% per decade, you had best be prepared to deal with that. Give it 20 years and youll get it, trust me. 8. This stuff happens literally every weekend in Chicago. The big media outlets are so desperate to find a White perpetrator that they grasp on to a case involving a half Asian murderer who hated White blonde women to somehow prove racism caused by Whites [???]. Alright, Im done.
