Gun parts wanted: Okay, at the suggestion of John Englestead, I am going to build a raffle gun, with all the proceeds going to the 222nd Family Readiness Group. We are calling this the Spare Parts Gun Giveaway and we are looking for donations of the following parts: AR15 stripped upper AR15 5.56 barrel 16-inch Gas block Lower parts kit Barrel nut Delta ring Charging handle Flash hider Bolt carrier group Upper parts kit Gas tube for 16-inch barrel Carbine length forend Buffer tube Adjustable stock Match style trigger (CMC, Timmeney, etc.) Dual or single point sling. Once we have obtained all of the parts, I will assemble it and we will sell raffle tickets for $5 each with a maximum of 1,000 tickets sold. The stripped lower receiver (the part that requires a Form 4473 transfer will be supplied by Outlaw Action Sports Patrick Henrie and Dustin Gillies so it can be legally transferred to the winner. Any parts not provided, I will purchase to complete the build, so long as we have the majority of parts on hand. If you have parts to donate, lease email me at dan@utahontarget and we will arrange to get them picked up. Once the parts are assembled we will begin selling raffle tickets and hold the drawing within 90 days of that time. Please raid your parts bins to see if you have any extra parts sitting around.
