Guns, bombs and ammunition from outside of the country continue to cause widespread destruction and displacement inside Syria. But without these continued supplies of arms, none of those fighting would be in a position to continue the war. This week, governments meeting in Geneva to discuss the future of Syria need to take action on arms transfers to ensure peace talks have a real chance of success.
