Guru Maharaj resumes his travel..... ------------------------------------------------ On the 5th of Sept after addressing about 2,500 Nama Hatta devotees from Medinipur District of West Bengal, Gm departed from Mayapur at around 8.45pm, ending his two months continuous stay in Mayapur.Medinipur is just one district out of 18 such districts where the Nama Hatta preachers are actively preaching. We reached Kolkata around 1am. On the 6th Sept at 9.45am we departed from Kolkata to Krishna Katha Desh via Dubai. While waited for the next flight at Dubai Airport,GM called few of the local leaders over the phone and spoke to them about the development of their respective yatra. Sudevi Mataji who were on her business trip also managed to book the same flight with us from Dubai. In Krishna Kathadesh, GM gave a small talk and blessed 100 over local devotees before retiring for the day. Tomorrow we have a noon flight to Moscow and then to Anapa, South Russia to attend the Russian Sadhu Sanga Festival. The last time GM attended this festival was in 2008. We heard many devotees are eagerly waiting for his visit. 7th Sept, we reached Moscow around 7pm and about 30 devotees greeted GM warmly. GM was scheduled to stay a night at Air Hotel, which is about 15 minutes walk from the Domododevo airport. He cycled all the way using his new pedal wheelchair from the airport terminal to the hotel. Good exercise for the leg after the long journey. Local devotees arranged a small hall for GM to address those 30 over devotees. He gave a small speech on Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur followed by dinner and then rest. 8th Sept, It was 2 hours 20 mins flight from Moscow to Anapa. Anapa is a small airport with no aerobrige facilities at all. So, we ordered for an ambulift facilities to help gm to deplane. But the ambulift was waiting at the rear exit of the aircraft. We waited for almost 20 minutes for the ambulift to change its position. About 20 over devotees came to receive Gm at the Anapa Airport and we drove straight to the festival site. When GMs car pulled into the festival camp at around 6.30pm, we saw HG Caitanya Candra Caran Prabhu (JPS) on the stage, was giving class to few thousand devotees. As soon as the devotees who were sitting under and around the mega marquee tent, they started running towards GMs car and swarmed his vehicles. We wheeled gm onto the stage accompanied by roaring kirtan and hari bol!!!! HG Caitanya Candra Caran Prabhu and HG Angira Muni Prabhu welcomed GM and requested gm to deliver a welcome speech. GM spoke for almost 30 minutes before departing to his residence. The next two days, GM was daily giving an evening class and then was meeting devotees. In between GM also met many other senior leaders of ISKCON like HH Gopal Krsna Maharaj, HH Prahladanandan Swami maharaj, HH Bhakti Caitanya Swami maharaj, HH Indradyumna Swami Maharaj,HH Bhakti Vignana Maharajand many others. There was a nice exchanges between them. More than that the daily evening kirtan was the main highlight, with ocean of devotees participating and making the wave. Last night(10th Sept)HG Angira Muni prabhu who is the Congregational Director of ISKCON Russia requested GM to meet with all the different levels of Bhakti Vriksha Leaders from all over Russia.
