#GuruQuickPredictions [NA MATCHES] : here are our predictions about the three ESEA/CEVO matches scheduled for today: #CEVO1 • [iBP - Justus] : This is a match for CEVO Playoffs, it will be played as BO3, using the (terrible) ESL One Veto system, basically a good way to turn good teams into bad ones just by using unbalanced maps instead of solid ones. Ill dont even try to predict maps, since as we already watched during ESL One this is simply impossible due the random factor caused by the Veto system used. However iBP are usually pretty good on BO3 matches, and I dont think we will watch them losing against Justus. CSGL Odds are still fine for this match, but theyll likely degrade soon, then just skip it because its going to be just a waste of time, and final Odds will be around 90/10. #ESEA1 • [Cloud9 - Reliable] : C9 will use this game as warm-up before the big match against iBP, since both games will be played on de_dust2. Then here we will likely watch C9 going on/off while testing stuff, this may cause this match to be slightly closer than expected, however C9 should be able to take it with a score around 16-12. Our odds are 75/25 in favor of C9, with a risk factor of 7.5, and we suggest an Avg bet on them. If CSGL Odds drops under 18% for Reliable skip the match, because it will be just a worthless risk. #ESEA2 • [iBP - Cloud9] : The map is Dust 2, iBP are pretty good at Dust 2 and this is one of their better maps. Cloud9 is not terrible on Dust 2 and this is a map where anything can happen. This is one of the riskier NA matches lately due to the fact that Dust 2 is the map and that iBP have been with out Steel for some time now due to his vacation. With that said, he is supposed to be back today so we are in hopes that this match will happen and their will not be a Forfeit. Things to watch for: Steel being rusty due to lack of play. Hiko needs to be on point and take control of his 1v1’s and 1v2’s. We have seen C9 play very well on this map and we believe this to be one of the riskier bets today. Take caution when choosing. We suggest a LOW bet on iBP if the odds stay the way they are now. Yes Steel may be rusty, but this is Dust 2 one of their best maps and it should be nothing more than a normal day for him. Yes C9 could use this win to secure their Lan spot, but they do have two more games. They will both be trying very hard and we give this match a risk factor of 9.5. We suggest a Low bet on iBP if odds stay 70/30 or less. Otherwise you can put a lCB on Cloud9 or just skip.
