Gut Check Fitness has raised money for Build Aid, Helped organise renovation rescue for the Saving Michael Blyth appeal it has also decided to back 4 of Australias top Obstacle racing girls. Lead by our Very own Amanda Steidle and World Toughest Mudder female Deanna Blegg we have decided to team up with No Excuses Boot camp and hold a Fundraiser to help Amanda, Deanna, Kate (No Excuse Boot camp Owner Current top 10 OCR) and Bron (Canberra native gun athlete so we will claim her as our own!) get to Sydney to take on the First 24 hour Australian tittle Obstacle Course race. The program will be lead by Gut Check Fitness owner Trent Shaw. (Trent will be leaving for Death race after this event so come and say bye bye and he may not survive this one!) This beach workout will be one of his finest! The girls will be there working out with us and helping motivate. Cost $20 all profits going to the team to help with costs for the event. EQUIPMENT 2 x 20 litre Buckets - Men need to apply one line of tape 3/4 up the bucket Women half way up the bucket- You can get Buckets from Kmart or Bunnings and they must be 20 litres.
