Guy and pals, please, please, please! If youre not 100% sure, or 100% serious or 100% committed. Do not, I repeat DO NOT waste my time sending me messages that you want me to train you, I dont care if you want to pay me millions.........I dont want your money if youre not going to adhere to your training routine, clean eating because you are not serious about it. Dont make me waste my precious time, I would train you for free if I knew you would be consistent, dedicated, disciplined and on time for training. So, please...stop wasting my time, this is what I do for a living, money means nothing if you dont gonna try to change. I cant grab you by the hand, prepare your meals or call you every hour making sure youre not cheating your diet. Im not here to baby sit and take your money, Im here to help you, educate you and get you ready so you can do it all on your own. So, again.....If youre not ready for training and changing your life for good, dont waste my time. Thank you, love CAPISH!
