Guys. I cant stress enough that real life needs to come before cons, Cosplay and all that. If you cant pay rent, you shouldnt be going to a con, or trying to split the payment of a $150 costume into four payments. These things are not important. They may temporarily make you feel better about whats bringing you grief, but you need to take care of the real issues at hand. Take care of your family. Take care of yourself. There will always be another show you can go to. And I say this as someone who had a lot of unexpected medical and vet bills pop up the last two weeks and I can use all the Cosplay sales I can unload. But I cant in good conscious take money from people who I see post about their own financial hardships.
