Guys awesome tonight - we hit that head on, some superb functional drills added in. BIG THANKS to Clare Maguire for pulling the iF30 names, I know quite a few stayed to see it, so you know it was done fairly, its not ideal - but its the only way and I hope everyone understands that and we can all work through it as a team. The first 30 names starting next Tuesday 7th October at 6pm are as follows, there is also a list of 5 standbys pulled out in order should people pull or drop out. If this is the case then the standbys will be in order as pulled out, if more than 5 pull out then the same happens - its offered to those on the January 2015 list in order as pulled out. For the names below - IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM to me by midday on Wednesday 1st October that you are 100% up for this then your place will be offered to those on the standby list and thereon ...... Your name will then be placed on the march 2015 list - should you wish to still partake. PLEASE think carefully in regards to starting the iF30, as many know this isnt a beginners course - and this will be thee hardest set of drills so far ! If you CANNOT commit 100% to the sessions then think carefully if you should be starting it next week, possibly forego to a later date and allow someone who can commit 100% in. Should starting next week not suit - please contact me ASAP.
