The original intention of the prospect called you is about the PARTICULAR PROPERTY that you are advertising; but if you subsequently call them to offer other property is considered different from their original intention. To protect you, You must ask prospect for thier permission to recommend other property in the near future or to follow up with them. You are advisable to send a text message to prospect to confirm this and keep the message for future evidence. 2) Open Listing Owner If an owner who had registered with PDTP and advertise his property for sale If you call to ask for permission to bring buyer to view his property is allowed. But: If agent call owner who advertise thier own house for sale to offer your service to sell for them, if this owner who had registered with PDTP complaint about the agent,the agent may subject to charge. 3) Name collected from property launch: Those name collected from property launch, we must first specify clearly to the prospectin our survey or information connection or guest book the REASON or PURPOSE OF USE as why we are asking and collecting their name, contact and other information. For example: Is it only for us to follow up with them for this particar property only? Or Can we recommend other properties to them in future? Must mention in the feedback or collection form. In future; If we want to use the collected data for the purpose different from original purpose stated in our survey form or guest book, we must get permission from prospect first before calling them. If you really wanted to call them, check their PDTP record first. 4) Telemarketing Make sure you filter all telephone number before you call. Each filter is valid for 60 days. You are allowed to call those NON REGISTER number. For registered number, you must have first obtained thier permission to call them. After 60 days, you need to filter or wash the number again. 5) Free Credits Each person is giving 500 FREE credits to check 500 records each year.
