Guys, heres a little background about why we chose the dinner theatre was chosen as a venue. In APRIL we had no reunion planned or being planned. I and other committee members from the past were burned out from the months of planning one of these things takes. People complained last time about the cost and the events, so we really didnt want to put ourselves out there to attempt to put something together that would make everyone happy, nor did we have the money or the time. I got hit up by several people that I ran into that there was a great desire for a get together. At that late date there was no committee, no venues left (I was VERY lucky to get the pavilion at North Lake) so in thinking of a venue big enough for us at that late date, Daves dinner theatre came to mind. He is giving us a big discount and a place to meet and he has to make $ because its his business. Go ahead and figure out a place to meet if you dont want to go to the dinner and show venue, but I hope youll come to the park on Saturday as well. We just need to know whats up so Dave can open his business up to the dinner theatre to the public at large that night. Without his offer of using the Candlelight, I wouldnt have planned anything.
