Guys heres a look at possible timetable changes, new classes, extended opening hours and free gym use for 2015. Let us know what you think and as always please like and share. Our main changes include - - Boxercise replacing combat - Columbia Abs changing to Ab Carver30 with Mic. We ll use an ab roller and resistance loops for an intense 30 minute abs carving session. - Ladies Who Lift will now be taken on our huge well equipped gym floor area. - Columbia TurboStomp will get an additional slot on Thursday nights 1800-1900 with Mic and the morning slot will move to Friday with Sarah Louise. - We are bringing back old fashion circuit classes but of course we will add the Columbia touch. More big news to follow on this class. - As our instructors will soon be fully licensed Insanity Live instructors we will run the class every Tuesday and Thursday 1730-1800. Instead of doing the same insanity night after night we will be getting constant updates and new workouts. Those completing our 8 week program in January will be able to jump into these classes if theyve missed the 0615 classes or add it onto what they are already doing. - Saturday mornings will include a triple threat class of Metafit, Pump and Spin taught by 2 instructors. - Saturday opening hours will be extended 3 hours opening from 0600-1700. Sunday will be extended 4 hours opening 0900-1700. - Sunday gym use will be offered free of charge for the whole month of January. - Shea will be running small personal training group sessions 0900-1200 every Sunday. These will be free. And will include only 4-6 people. Bookings required. Comments appreciated.
