Guys in Canada, two really talented Taiwanese acts, 世外桃源樂團 Utopia and Manic Sheep, are heading to your doorsteps. You guitar-noise addicts out there would not want to miss the Utopia. Brilliant live guitar noise manipulation on the fly on top of sweetest beats and female vocal. You know cool gadgets are only cool when they are on the hands of a true experiment guru, and 鄭各均 is on the top of my list. Manic Sheep is currently the biggest shoegaze/dream pop act in Taiwan. Theyve toured a lot in North America and Japan, so you might know them already.
