Finally yhe next morning came and brought hope for Nandani to see her daughter on her 6th birthday and for Manik that he will make his both princesss happy. The day started with everybody wishing Nandita a great birthday and their bungalow filling up with gifts, , bouquets and greeting cards. Manik wished Nandita and kissed her cheeks and forehead and gave her a pretty gift. He gave Nandanis wishes to her. On the other hand Nandani kept the gift in front of her daughters picture anf wished her birthday and a great life ahead. The day passed in a jiffy for Manik as all the arrangements were to be made. But for Nandani she cried and watched all the interviews or anything related to her daughter. Finally the night arrived which brought a ton of memories for both of them. The larty started and Nandita arrived in a pretty pink and white dress with a beautiful bow at the back and Manik arrived in a three piece Armani suit. He looked amazingly handsome that any girl would drool over him. Media was ready to flash the news of the birthday of daughter of a business tycoon. Cake cutting took place and there Nandani finally saw her daughter and she had tear in her eyes. Nandita looked soo pretty in that dress and then she noticed Manik which was looking perfect just as always. Her breath stuck in her throat as she was watching live telecast of her daughters birthday party. Here Nandita demanded Manik to sing for her and her mother(Nandani). After many requests he agreed and bought a guitar and sat on a chair. With the song came bitter memories of past where he lost all he had. Flash back It was evening before Diwali and everyone was at Maniks place even Nandanis family. Everybody was waiting for Nandani to come. They were gathered to fix the date of their engagement. But Nandani didnt show up. Manik got tensed that what if something has happened to her. He got out of his house towards his car and drove to Nandanis place. He was about to ring the door bell but he saw the lights of hall on from the window. He saw two people sitting on the sofa. He came closer to get a clear look. What he saw or maybe imagined shook the earth below him. There was Nandani sitting on the sofa with her back towards the window and in her arms wss Abhi with his eyes closed. Manik thought Nandani was kissing him. He went from there towards his house like a maniac. He broke all relations with her in his fury. He didnt even ask her about it once. Here Nandani completely shattered left for London leaving Nandita behind as she knew that she wouldnt be able to take care of her in that new place with nothing in her hands. After 2 years Manik got to know the truth from Abhi that made him regret for even surviving. While Abhi, Mukti nd Nandani were coming to his place Abhi met with an accident and s Nandanis place was close they took him there. While Mukti was trying to call an ambulance Nandani was trying hard to hard to stop the flow of blood through his wounds and due to excessive blood loss he became unconscious. Abhi was in the state of recovering and when he got yo know about Manik and Nandani he came to clarify everything. But everything was ruined. Manik didnt trust her instead he blamed her and didnt even ask for an explanation. He knew he had lost her forever. Flash back ends He had tears in his eyes. He couldnt control them. Closing his eyes he started singing. While singing he was cursing himself for not trusting her, for letting her go so easily. Nandani saw everything and she knew what was Manik thinking about while singing. Nandani watching this had tears in her eyes and started replaying the same memory in her head. Suddenly there Nandita started singing, continuing the song and here even Nandani sang along. Manik was mesmerised by Nanditas singing. He could see Nandanis reflection in her. Nandani also sang this beautifully. After she was gone Manik was realising her worth.
