Guys, its cheap propaganda on page 24 of our nation newspaper to say cheques above 1m written by Nyeri county govt cant clear.Hear this,although the law say cheque above 1m can only be done via an electronic fund transfer but theres a provision to enable chq above 1m clear but by 21days.Again,cheque of above of above 1m lyk the 1 of 17m tat was writen can clear within a minute if u write a cheque of eg kcb n te other co. Bank with same bank(kcb).Such a cheques is termed a cash cheque.We must applaud nyeri county official 4being wise because,if the didnt write those cheque the general rule is tat al unutilized fund shud b returned to the treasury which is very unwise?.If the tender committee bridged the tender laid down procedure isnt 4me to comment coz there r commision established to do tat work n again governor Gachagua is clean 4he doesnt seat at tendering committee
