Guys, lets have a special group award kind of thing. Where we all vote on who would get our special award, if we could give it out to them.. The rules are simple, a song can not be in the top 5 in the scoreboard rankings when the contest had closed. ( so that means that Italy, Bulgaria, Armenia, Malta and Russia and not counted due to being in the top 5 this year.) Although this is not a rule, but the songs that are at the bottom or near the bottom are ones that I would encourage to vote for. But you dont have to do this :)
