Guys need help, 13 months ago my sick pay entitlement was up/ended as I was off with a ankle injury over the set amount of days over period etc I have been in since then without one single day off sick, today I had to ring in sick with a virus and my manager said as hes inputted my sick on the computer its come up nil pay still, so Im shocked that I havent gained any sick pay in 13 months and dont know the policy, can anyone give me some advice??
