Guys picture a scenario, a guy X havung aipg rank 2000 and state rank say 10..will take say medicine from his state quota which is being filled prior to all india as per sc order but in online aipg counselling fills only choices out of his reach say only radiology and ortho in delhi..that way he does not get a seat alloted in first and second round and is still eligible for third round..he wont have to worry for his documents which he submitted in his state..and in third round of aipg he fiils his real choice seat in his state..say gen surgery in his state which would easily be alloted to him..and obviously he wont tKe admission on that as he is already taken his state seat.in effect he still can easily block seat despite streamlining..ao kindly raise the point for third counselling by personal appearance with submission of documents at site with all the vigour and strength..thats the mightiest factor! !
