Guys, we need to have a discussion about the lore. All of the Septim dynasty had the Dragonblood running through there veins, but having blood is not the same as having the SOUL of a Dragon, theyre 2 completely separate things. Being Dragonborn does not mean that you could wear the Amulet of Kings. Tuber Septim was the only Septim to be lucky enough to have Dragon Blood AND be born with a Dragons Souls (which makes him Dragonborn), but the rest of the Septim Dynasty did not have the ability to learn shouts as quickly as us Dragonborn. So there you go, a bit of lore for you, I understand why lots of people may not know this as it can be boring to read all the books and play through all the games but I thought I could help by explaining it quickly.
