Guys we still need one Event Planner at VESS! VESS Consulting is a relatively new, small marketing firm here in Austin that represents a variety of businesses in town. Our clients range from lawyers to restaurants to housing communities --- all across the board. We are growing rapidly and need some assistance in the form of a part-time worker. The company is growing fast, which means, if you are a hard worker and a creative thinker, your position in this company could grow, too! What were looking for: - Organization: we are going to be asking for some help keeping up with client files and making sure everything gets done on time, so organization is a must. - Motivation: we really need someone who is motivated to go the extra mile and can be mindful and driven to create more visibility and internet presence for our clients. - Independence: we are so busy are the office that we really need someone who is going to take the time to figure things out themselves. Obviously we will train you and help you along the way, but independence in the long-term is a must here! - Creativity: we are constantly brainstorming and creating fun new events and promotional ideas for our clients. Even though you will be coming on a social media intern, we will always consider your input, and the more creative you are and the more you take initiative, the more you will grow with the company. This is a part-time internship position. We are looking for someone who can commit 20 hours each week. Applicants should be Marketing, Business, Economics, or Advertising majors with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position. We look forward to meeting you soon!
