Gym Update: Today was all about dead-lifts. Which hurt. For the record I can dead-lift 85kg. I weigh 70kg. I am happy with this. Anyway, not important because now... I cant lift my arms. I think Elliot The Personal Trainer (also known as cunt-face) has broken me. He also called me a poof because, as I left, I purchased gloves because the dead-lifts tore the shit out of my hands. Sorry, darling, but my hands are my living, only prompted him to suggest I should put vaseline on them too. Sometimes - he is a proper wanker. Its not my fault they only had pink gloves left. Okay, that bit was a lie, they were black. But whats the point in doing weights which are so heavy they literally rip the skin of your hand with each lift? Especially when all you do is work with your hands when youre home! Ho hum. Cant wait for the next session :S
