H.E Samrainsy did not answer the question to ABC TV interviewer "Why did China make a handing over short guns to government ceremony after election was made two days?" Answer: This is the ways of threaten to the people. China wants to prevent its benefits such as investment on forest destruction, mineral and textile factory in Cambodia and so on. We the people of Cambodia will not pay back the corrupted loan to China government in the future because this loan was made in the corrupted ways such as roads, bridges and other infrastructures were constructed in poor quality. The construction outputs are last (broken or damaged) with 6 months after work was completed.
