R25K - R30K. Global company is looking to employ a Portuguese speaking individual with a Diploma/Degree majoring in Human Resources. 4 years full HR function. Will offer an administrative support function in Angola to meet business objectives. Support the HR function in the professional HR service to Supervisors/Line Managers and employees providing ongoing HR support and advice to maximize effective people managemnetin the organization. This will include all areas of HR. Maintain up to date HR records in an efficient and confidential manner to record personal details, sickness and absence information allowing effective information retrieval to enable the management of employees and for statistical and audit purposes. Liaise with other departments to provide HR support to the organization, including the Payroll department to ensure all employee changes are correctly amended. Ensure accurate and timely information sharing with the Operations, General and HR Manager on issues within the unit. Person must be prepared to travel and MUST speak Portuguese.
