HAAS FAMILY ON MOUNT BEACON INCLINE RAILWAY, BEACON NY - 1957 Friends and family- This 1957 home movie is of my family riding the Incline Railway to the top of Beacon Mountain. This is the highest peak of the Hudson Highlands, located behind the city of Beacon in the town of Fishkill. The movie includes my mother Catherine (Peg), brothers Bruce and Donald, sister Joan, Aunt Markie (Margaret [Whitman] Beauchamp) and Uncle Don Beauchamp. It was filmed by my dad, Lawrence W.
