HAGUE AND CLARKE were pushed. They didnt resign their posts. Room had to be made for women in a run up to the next general election. It is only to be seen if they merit the jobs. Supporters of Hague can only wonder at the sudden turnaround, as he was very popular with his followers, it is said and had no plans to retire his post. Clarke had told friends that if he went he would have to be pushed, he wouldnt resign. But he has now gone ! I know its only the Tories, but they have stabbed their own in the back, and may have placed them with meritless females to put on an equality show. I say MAY because Ive no objection to fedmales who MERIT a position, and we all know there are men who do not merit the high positions they are in. There are other men worthier. Most feminists though are Reds. Will they see these Tory women as Maggie Thatcher types?
