HALF MOON The Half Moon series is based on four different stationary poses, Right & left Lateral Half Moon, Back Bend and Forward Bend. The Lateral Half Moon follows the trajectory of the Coronal Plane, Back Bend and Forward Bend the trajectory of the Sagittal plane. Using the planes will translate into doing the poses with great alignment every single time. What do you depend on to work on alignment when you do yoga?
