HALL OF FAME If you keep up with the news, youll know that this past week, three iconic toys were inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame in Rochester, N.Y. They included the hugely annoying Rubics Cube (I never could solve that thing without removing and re-applying the colored stickers!), plain-Jane bubbles (the kind created with a round dipper into the soapy bottle), and every little boys dream toy....the green army men. At age 65, do I still have mine? But of course! Countless hours were spent with these things, creating mega battles in every location possible. They didnt move, and they made no noise.....all of that had to be created by the kid playing with them. Childhood was once a very simple thing, obviously. For now, back into the box famous little green men....youre part of the Hall of Fame!
