HALLIE (F, Lab Mix, 3 yr, 31 lb, HW positive) Hallie was brought to the shelter by a caring citizen who found her cold, scared and emaciated. She is friendly and sweet to people & dogs who come by her kennel. She also has a skin condition. She needs safety and care. Her hold is up 1-24-14, can be killed anytime after that date.
