HALLO! So I know its been FOREVER since Ive posted anything; a lotta stuff has been changing on my end. Long and short of it is, I found full-time employment, so I was no longer able to participate in the OSEB program. If I were to officially become qualified and officially become a personal trainer, I would be disqualified from the OSEB program forever. I signed a full-time contract for 3 years, but there is always the verrrrry small chance that I could get canned before then, so Id like to have the OSEB program in my back pocket. And again, because I am not qualified I cannot get insurance which means I cannot officially book rooms for the purpose of training. Poopy. A few of the commercial places I was eyeballing for a flash-mob-bootcamp session seem to be under contruction for selling, so thats the pits. In the mean time (and so that you are not just a member of an inactive group) I will try posting the workouts Im doing and posting mini challenges. I also hope to reopen the channel for discussion about fitness, workouts, meal ideas and just general stuff. To start off, Im going to reshare this video, because who doesnt have 5 minutes for a quick cardio blast? Im going to try to do this at least once a day until Cuba (yeah, thats right, CUBAAAAA! :D).
