HALLOWEEN (satans day??)... Welcome to the Occult? Halloween is a pagan and occultic worship day. There is absolutely NOTHING biblical (christian) about the day. What is the primary focus of Halloween? DEATH - FEAR - HORROR - EVIL - THE DEVIL - THE OCCULT - WITCHES - BLACK. There is absolutely NO biblical significance to be found in Halloween. To most people it seems like harmless fun. But, beneath Halloweens candy coating is a history of diabolical evil, evil that is directly connected to the occult and Satanism, evil that you need to be warned of. The celebration of the pagan festival of Halloween is now a multi-billion dollar merchandisers market. Fifty percent of Americans will decorate for Halloween (compared to over 80% for Christmas). It is now the third most popular party activity, after the Superbowl and New Years Eve. This is always a difficult time for christians, especially those with children. It is also a dangerous time for some, since many of the seemingly harmless involvements associated with Halloween can also be entries for the occult, and can prove very tragic for the unwary. The Truth About Halloween and Paganism Every year around this time many people of faith struggle with the issue of Halloween. The implications of death that surround this holiday make it a curious mixture for those who proclaim the gospel. Many believers decide not to celebrate this festival because of the holidays glorification of witchcraft. Some churches hold harvest festivals as a type of compromise and other groups simply see no problem with costumes and fun. Does Halloween have its history in druidic worship? YES Does the Bible speak against believers acting like pagans? YES Is Halloween a high holy day of satanism and Wicca? YES Dont participate in the things these people do. For though your hearts were once full of darkness, now you are full of light from YAHveh (YHVH), and your behavior should show it! For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true, Ephesians 5:7-12. Through the years, Halloween has evolved from a day of satanic worship into a secular celebration of sugar. Ancient customs that were once used to conjure up spirits have been adopted by the modern world. Dressing up children for trick-or-treating or decorating with witches and ghosts may be fun, but such actions are inherently immoral. Abstain from all appearance of evil, 1Thessalonians 5:22. The truth is that just as Halloween has its roots in paganism.
