HANDLING STOLEN GOODS We have charged 24-year old Amy Kelly with handling stolen goods. The offence relates to assisting to retain and an intention to dispose of items stolen by someone else from various gardens in the North Rise area of Darlington by helping to carry items away from the scene. Amy has also been charged with shoplifting from a supermarket in the town – she was seen by a security guard, detained outside the store, and arrested at the scene
