HAPPINESS There are four contributors to happiness namely: Self-Control, Optimism, Meaningful Activity, and Personal Relationships. 1. Learn to balance your life. When you do it, you help your friends balance theirs too. A balanced life is a happy life. You will reap those rewards in return. 2. Prioritizing what is important in life. Talk to your friends in an effort to build a consensus in order to reach a shared vision. 3. Know what you value in life and how you would like to spend your time and energy to maintain its high quality. 4. Identify several things in the relationship you would like to improve in and how you can do to change it. 4. Reduce your natural consideration to be in-charge of everything. Chances are you become overwhelmed. Its should be a team effort. 5. Find daily activity that will help you become a better person - and do it regularly, eg. exercising, eating balanced meals, getting plenty of rest and especially spending quality time with your friends and loved ones.
