HAPPY --------- Recently i have chance to be again the member of another OC in our LC of AIESEC Hanoi. Its unnecessary to speak so loud about that but putting aside all the normal thoughts of :what am i doing here? am i making no progress in this org? what am i supposed to be and to do here? since im so better than that, what starts to trigger in my head is that i can feel alive again, i can build something again and yea, i have teammates again. And all of those positive feelings questions me to be a better version of me as a team member and how to devote more in terms of effectiveness, energy, working atmosphere and the team mutual goal. As usual, we need first the expectation setting which is to prevent conflicts and to push up mutual understanding amongs members and also team leader , which i personally think that its needed and cool. Since im adapting with the new position, with a new viewpoint, i keep asking myself -What do we need what do we need what do we need until the answer is simple enough, good enough, different enough, new enough and easy enough to apply..
