HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY LIFT N LIVE!!!!! Thank you to all my amazing clients that have stuck by me over the last 12months of personal training through my own business. It has been a pleasure meeting so many friendly faces garland seeing huge transformations. I would also like to thank all the people that have made this business work for me Tanya Hardwick for all her business help and ideas(accounting), nab bank for all the financial advice, Wagga workwear for advertising, felicity from fia keeping me up with trends and continual support (would be lost without you) and Dimmity Martin for babysitting my beautiful boy and keeping him safe. I look forward to the next 12 months and seeing you guys make huge progress (23/11/13 is the official date the business name etc got the green light, i may have met some of u in Aug)
