HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOCIALE. Year 1 is completed very successfully, thanks to Brooklyn Heights, our awesome regulars and the wonderful 50,000 guests we served during the last 12 months. Special thanks are due to our fantastic staff. Starting from the engine room of the ship, the kitchen, the guys that opened Sociale: Chef Rosendo, Pastry Chef Monica, Sergio, Junior and the wonderful workers that joined us after opening Efrain, Kelly, Andres, Walter... a special thanks to Sous Chef Mace whos not with us anymore but opened the restaurant and gave everything he could. Passing upstairs to the banquet room, the front of the house, the dream staff of any restaurant…the openers: Ismael, Pablito, Matias, Giuseppe, Rodrigo, Adan…all these guys sacrificed for months before opening working for free and making the dream of Sociale possible... Marco who had to leave us for family reasons but whos still with us everyday we name him and think how beautiful and hilarious he is; and the guys who joined the family later: Marlon, Kleber and Victor. And finally thanks to Mike who literally and economically built Sociale with his bare hands and sweat, he put Sociale before his family for a year and this will never be forgotten. Now: back to work.
