HAPPY DAZ CHARITIES Good Food Hospitality Management is excited to announce the formation of the new Happy Daz Charities, an IRS 501 C-3 non- profit organization. Happy Daz Charities will allow Good Food, Inc. Beer Barrel, Inc. our hundreds of employees and thousands of weekly customers in West Central Ohio to raise funds to support local needs with an emphasis on supporting the Blue Star Mothers Veteran’s Food Pantry. Happy Daz Charities will be overseen by a board of directors made up of local representatives from numerous professions and backgrounds. There will be complete accountability and transparency in all activities and funds coming in and going out and will be overseen by Sielshott and Associates, CPA firm. The arrangement between John Heaphy and Blue Star Mothers of Lima Chapter #15, Inc. in reference to the building located at 810 W North Street that will be the new Veterans Food pantry is a 5 year lease at $1.00 per month. John Heaphy will continue to pay the property taxes and casualty Insurance. The operating expenses such as utilities and liability insurance will be funded by Happy Daz Charities with support from Good Food,Inc. Beer Barrel, Inc. Old City Prime, LLC, our hundreds of employees and thousands of loyal weekly customers. Happy Daz charities also will assist in the purchase of food for the pantry. As the new pantry grows and is able to fulfill the needs locally, they will begin to assist other veterans in need from surrounding counties.
