HAPPY MONDAY! Im starting my week with a gratitude list. Want to join me! By focusing on what were grateful for, we open the pathways to experience joy. Feeling gratitude not only helps you to feel good immediately, but it can also help you to soften your resistance about challenging situations. AND... since like attracts like, by FEELING grateful and joyous, we start to attract more and more good feelings, and more of what we want to call into our life. If youre in a rut or dont know what to write, start small and notice the little things. Even being grateful that you have a roof over your head or clean water to drink can get you going in the right direction. Id love to hear anything you are grateful for below!
