HAPPY MONDAY PEEPS!! OK....AFTER I.. UH...I MEAN WE HAVE EATEN ALL THE SWEET ROLLS, CAKES AND PIES OVER THE HOLIDAYS OUT NEW YEARS RESOLUTION IS TO EAT SENSIBLE AND INCLUDE LOTS OF FIBER..EXERCISE DAILY OR WALK A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES A DAY. WE CAN SHED 12 POUNDS OF FAT AND/OR GAIN MUSCLES BY MARCH 10TH 2015! REMEMBER THE ORDER>>GOOD BREAKFAST SENSIBLE LUNCH AND SMALL DINNER BEFORE 7:00. I KNOW YALL STOMACH STICKING OUT LIKE MINE..LOL
