HAPPY MONDAY POWERSERGE BULLIES! Heres a quick little snippet video of me doing my strength workout, shot by one of my buddies who I work out with, Sam Russo who is an awesome dude/trainer! Also the beast himself Ben Melick ninja warrior/trainer. This type of workout uses every bit of your body! Strength, coordination, balance, endurance. I have so much growing to do as far as lowering myself down to a horizontal Planche, but I think I have a great start, Im focused and Im going to do it! I hope that you have your own fitness goals in mind! They dont have to be extreme! Heres a good start. Gaining flexibility, losing weight, Increasing range of motion, increasing muscle tone, increasing your agility. The list goes on->
