HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!! Isnt it FANTABULOUS? A whole new year to try different things and meet wonderful new friends. I love a new year. And our new year is BIG this year because WE DID IT!!! Weve opened our new Juice, Smoothie, Shake, Ice Cream & Gelati Bar. OK - were not really finished, but dont tell anyone. BUT WERE OPEN!!! For the first time in over TWELVE (12) years, the front doors of The Colliefields are open to customers. And theres still a bar. Just a different bar - with gelati, shakes, ice cream, freshly squeezed juices and amazing smoothies. So come on down to The Colliefields not just for the best coffee in the South West, but now the best range of gelati, shakes, juices, milkshakes - and as with our renovations - everything we do, we do with love and passion - just for YOU! Heres Brian and Betty, our first customers in the Gelati Bar and here are a couple of pictures of some of the amazing flavours we have for you. Ever tried Red Bull? We have Red Bull gelato. And Ferrero, Malteser, Cherry Ripe and LOTS of others. And if youre not into dairy - we have Soy Chocolate and Soy Vanilla. AND we have some fabulous Creamy Sorbets - made with NO dairy. How they make them so creamy without dairy, I dont know. But I DO know theyre simply scrumptious. And remember - Thursday, Friday & Saturday were open till at LEAST 8pm - longer if we have more customers.
