HAPPY NEW YEAR! I thought it would be a good time to remember what God has done. Please take a minute and read the original email that went out about 4 years ago. Needs & Seeds started with an email list of around 100 people that I knew. Thank you to Tim N Christy for helping me get on Facebook. I wish I could share all the testimonies Ive heard. Hello and welcome to Needs & Seeds. I am sending the original email that went out about 3 years ago that explains the concept. It is amazing to see how eager Gods people are to help each other. Hello my brothers & sisters in Christ, About 2 years ago, I felt led to start putting together an email list of local like-minded Christians. The concept came from a visit to a small church in Wilmington. During the service they opened the floor to anyone that had a need to give the congregation an opportunity to meet that need. I remember specifically someone needing a weed-eater and another man who owned 2 was able to simply pass it on. HOW BEAUTIFUL - The body of Christ coming together and simply and practically helping each other! My hope and prayer is that we can come together in Brunswick County and put our faith into practical application. I want anyone that has a need or knows of someone to let me know. I will forward the email (right now I have over 100 names). I believe this will give us an opportunity to live in the flow. I dont want anyone feeling burdened - just the opposite. I believe we will know when God is knocking on the door of our heart specifically. As we all know - you can never out give the Lord and it excites me to think this could open doors for all of us. It doesnt have to be a dire need. I believe the Lord wants us to just ask... It opens the door for us to bless and be blessed. It’s just that simple. Please no request for money. If you want your name deleted - please let me know. If you know of someone that would like to be a part of what we are doing - let me know.
