Specific: Let your goal be specific instead of unclear terms, Eg setting a goal to spend 20 minutes on social media every day is more specific than to say I will send little time on Facebook, YouTube etc. Measurable: Goals need to be measured, it’s very necessary to consider the quality aspect of your goal Attainable; Goals should be realistic challenging and attainable, remember different people have different abilities and skills, Impossible goals reduces motivation to and doesn’t promote commitment because people don’t want to fail. Provide the room for adjustment when the need arises in your goal. Result-oriented; focus your goal on the desired end result that support your objectives and vision. Time bound; Let your goals specifically have target time and date of completion. Remember, self-efficacy and positive attitude can get you to anywhere but learned helplessness can kill your motivation to success.
