HAPPY NEW YEARS! Here is a little summary of my 2014. First off, Im back in business after my shoulder surgery in 2013, but with some limitations which probably always will be there. 2014 have been in the sign of powerlifting and I have been training after the Bulgarian method most of the year. My goals where a 600 kg total, 227 kg squat (500 lbs), 227 kg deadlift, 158 kg benchpress and a 90 kg muscle snatch. Even with some setbacks with a back which didnt want the same things as I wanted, I still managed to reach almost all my goals. 225 kg squat (only goal which I didnt reach) 160 kg benchpress 230 kg deadlift 95 kg muscle snatch 135 kg power clean *The lifts are in the video. Now looking forward to 2015, my first goal must be getting back in business after a couple days with completely locked back. Then the plan will be to reset my program and slowly build up my strengt again and hopefully hit PRs again before summer! Here is some of the magic numbers that would be awesome to hit in 2015: 240 kg squat 175 kg benchpress 250 kg deadlift 100 kg muscle snatch 150 kg power clean 175 kg frontsquat *My goals could be changes a bit depending on how my training goes.
